CQC Outcomes Compliance Audit Tool. A very comprehensive and easy to use programme that will be of great assistance if you have not yet registered with CQC and will replace AQAA as your annual Self Assessment Tool. It is available in two versions, for single home use and multiple home use.

New Infection Control Manual - almost ready  10th June 2010

The Health and Social Care Act 2008 is now in force and your infection control manual will have to incorporate the new ten criterion from the Act. It is important that you have this in place as the inspectors will be looking for it. Please check back soon for the imminent launch of the new version.

New AQAA System coming soon  1st April 2010

The current AQAA system is soon to be replaced. The New CQC governing body will shortly announce how it wishes to address self assessment to their 28 Outcomes. When that happens we will provide a suitable system to assist you to complete your Self Assessment. Please check back soon for the new System.

New CQC Standards (2010) are here and available NOW  16th March 2010
